The Bad Batch season 2.

Story:

The Bad Batch have crossed Cid and are now looking for a fresh start. Will they find that fresh beginnings in Pabu?

Review:

The Bad Batch season 2 episode 13 – Pabu – begins in the classic Andor way. It is all about the business. Omega enters the scene instantly.

As you move ahead though, you understand Pabu is a different island that plays an important part in the series. It, however, comes in later but without disrupting the flow of the story.

Wrecker is impressive from his first scene and Hunter contributes in that way too. Lyana is seen in action this time along with Omega.

Tech has a partner and that works for him. Soon, The Bad Batch are back with Cid back as a holograph.

There’s a Friends’ famous dialogue this time around. “You’ll probably hate it. It’ll be great,” is here!

The VFX in this show is great. The focus shifts to that, since the story anyway goes slower than expected.

Moon-yos are introduced in this episode. They are seen with the women aka Lyana and Omega and are fun to watch. Omega’s depressed self is back, thanks to Lyana soon after.

There’s a major consequence on the show and that keeps you intrigued to know what next. Shep also happens to play an important role when it comes to the island.

The end of the episode is cute but does not really convey any point of the series. Since that has become a norm with this one now, you can probably overlook that.

Verdict:

You will not be disappointed if you don’t have too many expectations from this series. If you have some hopes that this one will follow some plot points, then good luck watching it.
