The Bad Batch season 2.

Story:

Omega meets a wookie named Gungi. He turns out to be a Jedi who is lost but helps The Bad Batch defeat The Empire for some time.

Review:

The Bad Batch finally gives off the Star Wars vibe, only to soon remind you this is a new world. The Bad Batch is a part of Star Wars but it isn’t at the same time.

A wookie named Gungi, who is like Chewbacca but red and small, is here. This one is brave but not furious like the other cuddly monster.

Omega develops a special bond with him, which makes for cute scenes. Right after their meeting, the two are as attached as Han Solo and Chewbacca.

The lightsabers are back. While Wookie has a green one, as expected, Omega has a Sith lightsaber. Nonetheless, both make the action look way cooler than it is.

Wookie is obviously a Jedi, which is one of the coolest things from the franchise. It is later reveales that he is not the only one who resembles Chewbacca. There is a whole island of it.

Gungi is quite an impressive Jedi. His fight with The Empire proves just that.

Kybakk is much like the place where Luke Skywalker and Han Solo were being hunted down by the stormtroopers. This jungle, though, is wilder and The Bad Batch's own Chewbacca controls it with so much ease it's beautiful.

Verdict:

The Bad Batch has just started getting interesting. Watch this episode with all certainty.
