Sanjay Kapoor, Shweta Tripathi Sharma and Shriya Pilgaonkar's crime-thriller show is back with another season. The Gone Game 2 trailer is finally out and the fans cannot keep calm. The Voot Original web series also has Arjun Mathur, Rukhsar, Dibyendu Bhattacharya and Amit Jairath in key roles.

Fans seemed excited to watch the latest trailer, while some of them demanded the OTT giant to bring the second season of the Arshad Warsi-Barun Sobti starrer Asur as well.

One of the fans shared on Twitter, "India’s First Pandemic Thriller is back for another season and murder is in the cards for the Gujrals! #LetTheGameBegin. #TheGoneGame2 streams from 7th July on #VootSelect (sic)."

Meanwhile, a movie buff mentioned that the trailer of The Gone Game 2 looks nice, while also wrote how desperately the audience awaits the second season of Asur 2.

Asur 2 follows the tale of two forensic experts at the Central Bureau of Investigation and how they get caught up in a cat-and-mouse game with a brutal serial killer.

Meanwhile, a Twitteratti shade his excitement about the upcoming season of The Gone Game and mentioned in a post, "Never been more excited for a second season! #TheGoneGame2OnVoot is most awaited! (sic)."

The first season was shot during the pandemic that witnesses a disappearance of a man, who turns out to be dead during a complete lockdown, while the forthcoming season dives into the post-pandemic world where secrets of the lockdown are exposed, and the Gujral family is under a new, more dangerous threat.

Talking about the show, the Masaana and Mirzapur fame Shweta said in a recent statement that the show has challenged the creative side and the artist in her. She further mentioned that she always finds thrillers exciting and also very engaging and entertaining at the same time.

Backed by the Bodhitree Multimedia, The Gone Game 2 will stream on Voot Select on July 7.
