The Raja Saab worldwide box office collection day 4: Telugu star Prabhas enjoys a massive popularity and that reflects on the worldwide collections of his movies as well. The Baahubali actor’s latest film, The Raja Saab, too recorded Rs 161.00 crore, making it his fourth highest opening weekend collection. But the Telugu horror comedy, with three female leads, dropped to single digits with just Rs 6.6 crore earned on its first Monday. The situation looks ominous for Prabhas' film as Chiranjeevi's Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu has taken a flying start at the box office.

The 2026 Telugu film The Raja Saab which opened with a massive Rs 53.75 crore, has been consistently recording lower numbers. The second day earnings of the Prabhas-starrer dropped to Rs 26 crore, followed by Rs 19.1 crore on day 3. However, on day 4, the collections plummeted to a new low with less than Rs 10 crore earned. Prabhas’ film made only Rs 6.6 crore in India net collections.

Which Prabhas films had the highest opening weekend

Prabhas’ epic sci-fi film Kalki 2898 AD has the highest opening with a whopping Rs 341.30 crore in 2024, followed by Salaar Part 1 Ceasefire that made Rs 325.00 crore. The third film on the list is Adipurush with Rs 302.00 crore opening weekend collections. Though The Raja Saab’s opening weekend collections pale in comparison with just Rs 161 crore, it still made it to the fourth spot on Prabhas' post-pandemic movies worldwide opening weekend, as per the figures on Sacnilk. Radhe Shyam, which had a terrible outing, is at the fifth position with Rs 130 crore.

What is the collection of Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu

Chiranjeevi's Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, the other big Sankranthi release from Telugu cinema, opened with Rs 31 crore on day 1. Unlike Prabhas’ The Raja Saab, the Chiranjeevi film has opened to positive word of mouth with many already calling it the perfect Sankranthi watch.

Even in Tamil cinema, which has only seen one big release of Parasakthi, has not been able to capitalise on its solo release.
