The Terminal List: Chris Pratt’s Amazon Prime Video series to be renewed for more seasons? Makers reveal

Based on Jack Carr's novel, the eight-episode series also stars Taylor Kitsch, Constance Wu, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Riley Keough, and Patrick Schwarzenegger in pivotal roles.

The Terminal List an action-packed adventure starring Chris Pratt, will be available on Amazon Prime Video on July 1. As the anticipation for the series grows, the series' main writer, David DiGilio, has announced plans to turn The Terminal List into a franchise.

Along with him, directors Antoine Fuqua and Jack Carr discussed the series' extension, which is based on Jack Carr’s novel. In a statement, DiGilio stated, Yeah, we have a roadmap for each season ahead of us. The only problem is this man writes one book per year, and it takes us a lot longer to make a show.”

Speaking about the same, Fuqua shared his thoughts on how creating the series into a franchise is a goal for the makers and that they are simply waiting for the series' success before "Amazon will do it again."

The Terminal List is an action thriller, starring Pratt as James Reece, a former Navy SEAL. The series revolves around Reece who is taken aback when his troop is caught in an unexpected circumstance. Reece comes home, filled with self-doubt and contradictory emotions, only to uncover a diabolical scheme by dark powers targeting him. Reece gathers all the bravery he can muster and sets out on a mission to save himself and his loved ones.

The eight episode series also stars Taylor Kitsch, Constance Wu, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Riley Keough, and Patrick Schwarzenegger. From July 1, the show will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
