Back home in Kerala, though, the film continues its rampage, with Day 4 expected to add around Rs 6 crore, while pre-sales for Day 5 is already hovering around the Rs 3 cr mark and Day 6 at Rs 1.1 cr.

The film’s 3-day all-India gross has been reported to be around Rs 25 cr, of which Rs 20 cr has come from Kerala, with overseas figures said to be in the Rs 40-Rs 41 cr range. Independent trackers have estimated Thudarum’s 3-day gross to be Rs 69 crore. The film is likely to hit the Rs 100 crore mark before HIT 3 and Retro take over the box office in the rest of India.
