Theatres will release the upcoming romantic comedy Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri on December 25, 2025. Prime Video has acquired the rights to stream the film after its theatrical run. In a staggered rollout, the OTT release will be accessible to the platform's premium rental users before expanding to the platform's subscriber base. Being one of the last big Bollywood releases of 2025, the film hopes to cash in on the holiday season with its Christmas Day theatrical launch.

The distribution strategy indicates that the film will become available on OTT approximately six weeks after its theatrical release. On February 5, 2026, it will be available for rent on the Prime Video Store. Viewers can see the film for a one-time payment during this "early access" session before it joins the main streaming collection. All Prime Video subscribers will have access to the video for free two weeks later, on February 19, 2026.

Ray, played by Kartik, is a laid-back NRI wedding planner from Los Angeles. Ananya plays Rumi, a popular author with a romanticised view of love reminiscent of the 1990s. Jackie Shroff portrays Rumi's father, while Neena Gupta portrays Ray's mother. Aruna Irani, Tiku Talsania, and Gaurav Pandey are all part of the supporting cast. The film's soundtrack is composed by the duo Vishal–Shekhar, with a background score by Hitesh Sonik.

The story of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri starts at the airport, where Ray and Rumi meet by coincidence.
