The trailer for "United Kacche," ZEE5's upcoming original series, has been unveiled. Sunil Grover plays the lead in United Kacche, a lighthearted dramedy that also features Satish Shah, Sapna Pabbi, Nikhil Vijay, Manu Rishi Chaddha, Nayani Dixit, and Neelu Kohli in significant parts. The eight-episode series, produced by Yoodlee Productions and directed by Manav Shah, will debut on ZEE5 on March 31. Sunil Grover will make his comeback following his last popular series on ZEE5, Sunflower.

In the film United Kacche, Punjabi native Tejinder "Tango" Gill (played by Sunil Grover) tells the tale of his desire to leave his country for a better life abroad and his willingness to do whatever it takes to realise that dream, which he inherited from his father and grandparents. In an effort to migrate to England and find temporary work, he reluctantly pledges his ancestral land as collateral. Nevertheless, the grass is always greener on the other side, and soon after arriving in the UK, he becomes aware of the challenges experienced by immigrants.

United Kacche tells the tale of a large number of these Kacche, or non-permanent inhabitants of England, who are citizens of India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. They settle overseas as unauthorised immigrants without proper documentation, subsisting off of daily income while continuously evading the law. With a light-hearted humour, the show expertly conveys the subtleties and challenges of these immigrants in different countries. It also lets you into the life of foreign-based residents of various nationalities who end up becoming one another's family. With humour as its centre, the sitcom also humorously and entertainingly depicts the heartwarming emotions, dreams, and desires versus the reality of living abroad.
