When the film premiered on September 26, it got mixed reviews while fewer people went to the theatres because of other movies opening on the same day and prior releases running successfully. Valsala Club began streaming on Manorama Max from 12 am on October 19.

Alongside this movie, Vineeth Sreenivasan's Karam and Shane Nigam's Balti were released in theatres. These movie' OTT release has not yet been announced. Sarkeet, Sahasam, Maine Pyar Kiya, and A Pan Indian Story are among the recent Malayalam films available for watching on Manorama Max. This week also marked the online premiere of Asif Ali's Abhyanthara Kuttavaali and Mirage. OTTplay Premium subscribers can watch both films.
