What is the story of Vash level 2?

The recently released trailer of Vash level 2 pretty much cleared what the story of Janki Bodiwala's Vash level 2 is, and the threat is much bigger. This time, all the girls in a girls' school are targetted and possessed. They are tasked with finding the man who put the spell on them, but it doesn't even end there. These girls go on a rampage in trying to find the man. They kill themselves and people in their way when possessed. There's a timer - almost a ticking bomb - that lets them know when the time is up. One teacher alone is determined to stop it all, but it will not be easy, and huge losses (including lives) incur during the process.
