Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi, who is popularly known as 'the invisible star' for his sterling performances, will recreate the era of silent films yet again with his upcoming project Gandhi Talks. According to an online portal IWMBuzz.com, Sethupathi has recently revealed that he is currently busy in the making of the film. He confirmed to the portal that he will not have any dialogues in the movie as it is a silent film.

Aditi Rao Hydari, who earlier played a mute character in the Malayalam movie Sufiyum Sujatayum opposite Dev Mohan, will be co-starring the Vikram Vedha actor in the upcoming silent film.

Sethupathi has already worked in a silent film alongside Kamal Haasan, which is the Singeetham Srinivasa Rao directorial Pushpak. Expressing his thoughts about silent films, Sethupati said to the portal, “I've always believed that for an actor, silences always speak louder than words. At least it’s true of me. I always feel the words come in the way of expressing my feelings. I am at my most expressive when I am not speaking.”

The 'invisible' star is not really invisible as he shines brightly over the digital space. The phenomenal actor was last seen in a special Tamil web series Navarasa, created by Mani Ratnam. Released on August 6, the series is still trending on Netflix. And, now, he has a barrage of movies lined up till next year. The highly-anticipated projects include various movies in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi as well as this silent film.

Vijay said that he is working on his Hindi language and has improved his diction. “I’ve been working on it (the Hindi language) for my other projects with Raj-DK and another Hindi film being directed by Santosh Sivan,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Sethupati fans can expect at least 15 movies of the Tamil star till 2021. The shooting of his upcoming Tamil film Tughlaq Durbar is already completed. The actor is currently filming multiple Tamil flicks including Maamanithan, Laabam, Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir and Mugizh.
