The glimpse of Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya’s next film titled Vrushakarma, was released by the makers on social media on Thursday. Touted to be a mythical thriller, the glimpse shows the actor in a supernatural world created by filmmaker Karthik Dandu. The teaser is streaming in multiple languages.

Vrushakarma glimpse out: What is Naga Chaitanya’s film about?

Actor Naga Chaitanya who was last seen in Thandel, had released the teaser of his next film. Called Vrushakarma, the video shows the actor in filmmaker Karthik Dandu’s supernatural world. The director had earlier done supernatural drama Virupaksha.

Billed to be a large-scale mythical thriller, the film’s first glimpse shows what to expect from Vrushakarma. The glimpse opens with a young man sketching frantically, as he gradually appears to be possessed by evil force. Soon, in some seconds, the entity bursts out of him in the form of a bat and flies through a man’s head, killing him instantly, something that he has drawn exactly. As the film’s mysterious world unfolds, a voiceover reveals that whenever supernatural forces awaken, destiny chooses a Vrushakarma, introducing the protagonist. The glimpse concludes with Vrushakarma stepping forward to confront the evil. Naga Chaitanya appears to be hero who will save the day.

Jayaram will also appear in an important character. Vrushakarma is expected to be high on action and adventure, with Naga Chaitanya expected to play a treasure hunter. The technical crew includes music by Ajaneesh B Loknath with cinematographer Ragul D Herian cranking the camera. Naveen Nooli is the editor. A release date for Vrushakarma is yet to be announced by the makers.
