Will Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan lead to the postponement of Sidharth Malhotra's Yodha?

Yodha's release date, starring Sidharth Malhotra, has been much discussed in recent months. The movie's initial release date of November 2022 was pushed back to July 7 due to production delays. However, the production team informed me that the release date has been pushed back to September 15 owing to VFX problems.

And now, Bollywood Hungama has heard that Yodha will not be released on September 15 as previously scheduled. Arriving a week after Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan in today's market is like playing with fire, and the superstar has confirmed that he will release the film on September 7. It's predicted that Jawan will cause a global financial uproar, destroying the earnings of every other film ever released. As a result, Karan Johar and the other Yodha producers have decided to postpone the movie's release, according to a trade source that the entertainment portal cited.

The new release date will be decided soon, with October, November, and maybe December 1 all being possibilities. In the next two weeks, it's being reported that it will surely be known when Yodha will be officially released. The producers will now settle on a release date for the film that works best for their target demographic, the industry insider said.

Under his own banner, Dharma Productions, Karan Johar produced the movie Yodha which stars Siddharth Malhotra, Disha Patani, and Raashi Khanna.

The movie should have had a better release date when it wouldn't have had to compete with as many other movies for audience attention. A person close to the situation said that after deliberating on various dates, they have locked in the date of Yodha's arrival.

Student of the Year, Brothers, Hasee Toh Phasee and Shershaah all featured Sidharth Malhotra in key roles under Karan Johar's production. Yodha is being hailed as a unique partnership for the pair because of the buzz surrounding the film's high-quality content as an action thriller. Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna play pivotal roles in this nail-biting hijacking thriller. Prime Video and Dharma Productions worked together on this video with Mentor Disciple Films. Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan are responsible for the production.
