With Love box office 1st weekend: Anaswara Rajan-Abishan Jeevinth's Tamil film records better collections than other releases of Vadh 2 and Ashakal Aayiram from the Hindi and Malayalam industries

Young actors Anaswara Rajan and Abishan Jeevinth’s romcom movie With Love seems to have struck a chord with younger audiences. The Tamil film, which released in theatres on February 6, 2026, has recorded better weekend collections than other releases of Vadh 2 and Ashakal Aayiram from the Hindi and Malayalam industries.

What’s With Love box office weekend collections

With Love made Rs 2.5 crore on Saturday, and Rs 3.04 crore on Sunday, to record a collective weekend figure of Rs 5.54 crore, as per trade tracker Sacnilk. The romantic-comedy, which opened with Rs 1.6 crore, has been able to more than double its earnings in the coming days. The bulk of the collections have come in from the original Tamil version, while Telugu has also contributed Rs 0.36 crore on Sunday.

On the other hand, the Hindi crime thriller film Vadh 2, featuring senior actors Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta, has a total collection of just Rs 3 crore in its three days at the box office. The first weekend collection of Vadh 2, which also released on February 6, is at Rs 2 crore, according to Sacnilk figures.

The Malayalam film Ashakal Aayiram, starring Jayaram, Kalidas and Asha Sharath, has a total collection of Rs 2 crore and the weekend collection of Rs 1.34 crore.

The poorest among the releases would be the Telugu film Euphoria, Rs 0.55 crore in total worldwide collections.

Malayalam actress Anaswara Rajan, who was last seen in the Telugu film Champion, plays Monisha. Abishan Jeevinth, who shot to fame with his directorial film Tourist Family turns the hero in the movie With Love. Directed by Madhan, the film is winning appreciation for its breezy tale and the lead star’s performances.
