The Women's Asia Cup will be hosted by Bangladesh and teams from India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and debutants UAE will take part.

The 8th edition of the Women's Asia Cup 2022 is all set to begin on October 1 and will feature defending champions and hosts Bangladesh walong with India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand and the debutants UAE.
The tournament will be held in the T20 format and six-time champions and last time's runners-up India will be favourites to win once again.
The Women in Blue have been in magnificent form, espeailly after winning a silver medal at Commonwealth Games 2022 and then defeating England in the three-match ODI series in their own backyard.
