The forthcoming mini-auction for the 2023 season will feature all 10 franchises following the success of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022.The ten franchises had kept between 10 and 16 players from the previous season as of the IPL 2023 Retention Deadline. Earlier, 369 individuals from 10 teams had been selected from a list of 991 players.However, 36 more players were added to the final list at the teams' request, bringing the total number of players to be presented at the IPL 2023 mini-auction to 405 individuals.,
