The latest episode of Koffee With Karan 7 featured a close-knit group of friends who have spent so much time together that they can't imagine life without each other, with a lot of history and a lifetime of memories, made over decades. The first guest on the show, Gauri Khan is Karan Johar’s best friend. Gauri Khan on the brand that she has built
Gauri stated that she loves doing things with pure love and passion. Though she is not as ambitious as Shah Rukh Khan, she is but is happy with what she does, she feels satisfied and that her life is complete. The feeling of loving and enjoying what she does is a nice feeling and the validation from her family is enough for her.

Has it been difficult being Shah Rukh Khan’s wife?
Karan dropped the question to Gauri, asking her if it was difficult being Shah Rukh’s wife. Gauri replied that Shah Rukh is the easiest person she has met. He eats everything and never cribs. He’s good at handling stuff, kids and family. He’s someone who is comfortable being around people. Put him in any situation and he will know how to deal with it, will be comfortable in that particular situation and not throw his weight around.

Shah Rukh Khan at his house parties
Shah Rukh Khan is famous for his warmth and hospitality. Karan Johar, the host of the show revealed that there is no party at the Mannat household where Shah Rukh does not drop people to their car and even chats with them for half an hour. Gauri jokingly replied that that’s a negative as he is out on the roads most of the time and not inside the party.

Gauri Khan and her honesty with Shah Rukh Khan
Karan Johar revealed that Gauri is brutally honest with Shah Rukh about his movies. He mentioned a screening of one of SRK’s films where Gauri, halfway through, asked Karan how he could have liked the film, with Shah Rukh sitting right next to her. Karan said that she is not a fan of his and does not add to his fandom and shows him the mirror when it’s required.

While talking about the struggles that Gauri’s family went through in the past (hinting at Aryan Khan’s arrest), she said that though the family has been through a tough ride, she still feels loved by everyone. She received so much love and blessings and feels grateful to have received that support.

Bhavana Panday and Maheep Kapoor on their newfound stardom
When Karan asked the two reality show celebrities, Bhavana and Maheep about their newfound stardom, Bhavana replied that she feels very excited, and she no longer has to be the cameraperson to click pictures of her family members when they get recognized on the streets. She too gets recognized now and has become a part of the picture now. Maheep replied that she has always felt like a star and does not feel any differently (jokingly).

How the trio have stuck together for three decades
When Karan asked the trio how they are still together after thirty years, Gauri replied that though they have been together they have had their share of fights as well and it’s not all rosy all the time. Though they have been roadblocks along the way where they have had issues with each other they have spent some amazing times with each other as well and have stuck together in their tough times as well.
