Jason Sudeikis is an American actor who began his career doing improvisational comedy in 1990. In 2003 he was hired as a writer for the show Saturday Night Live in which he cosplayed as several characters including Joe Biden.

In 2020, he co-created and starred in the Apple TV sports comedy drama, Ted Lasso about an infectiously optimistic American college football coach who is hired to coach an English football team. The show is based on a character of the same name that Sudeikis first portrayed in a series of promos for NBC Sports' coverage of the Premier League. Sudeikis won the Primetime Emmy Award for the same.
