Viktor Gyokeres, the new signing of Arsenal's summer transfer window, is all set to make his first start for the Gunners in the Arsenal vs Villarreal home pre-season match at Anfield. Gyokeres had come in as a substitute in their Premier League summer series game against Tottenham Hotspur in Hong Kong last week.

Christian Norgaard and Viktor Gyokeres are the two new incomers for Mikel Arteta's team from their defeat against Spurs last week.

Noni Madueke, Jurrien Timber, and Gabriel Magalhaes were named on the bench after the latter two missed the whole Asia Tour matches.

Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi, and Cristhian Mosquera, along with 15-year-old sensation Max Dowman, were also named on the bench for the Gunners.
