Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh has made a big statement on Chennai Super Kings ahead of the IPL 2025. The former great shared his views on one of the IPL's successful franchises, saying that it's being entirely run by one guy, Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Having been played under Dhoni's leadership, Harbhajan said that the player hardly needs any technology for the data, as he always remains ahead of it. Speaking to ESPNCricinfo, the former spinning sensation hailed MS Dhoni, saying, "He is probably the best-ever captain who has led the team. A big franchise like CSK is run by just one guy, and that too with so much success, who doesn't need a computer. He outclassed the computers; you can check the teams who are data-driven and then check the ones who don't. MS Dhoni, you have heard his name; he doesn't care about what the computer is suggesting."

MS Dhoni has been one of the most successful captains in the history of the Indian Premier League. Starting his journey with CSK, Dhoni has led the franchise to five IPL title wins. In 2024, the player stepped down from the leadership role with Rituraj Gaikwad taking it over.

Chennai Super Kings will begin its 2025 IPL campaign against the mighty Mumbai Indians on March 23. The team would be looking forward to a positive start following a disappointing run in the previous season. Having won seven matches out of 14, the team failed to qualify for the playoffs and defend the title. CSK ended its campaign after a heartbreaking defeat against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).

With IPL 2025 being just around the corner, the teams have started their preparations at the pre-season training camps.
