The Mitchell Santner-led New Zealand will face Mitchell Marsh's Australia in the 3rd and final T20I of the three-match series on February 25 (Sunday). The Aussies have already secured the series with victories in the first two matches. The Kiwis will be aiming to avoid a whitewash when the two teams meet at Eden Park in Auckland.

For Indian fans, although this clash is not available for TV viewership, they can watch the 3rd T20I between New Zealand and Australia at Eden Park in Auckland on Amazon Prime Video.

NZ vs AUS 3rd T20I:

Following their defeat in the first game against Australia, the Blackcaps failed to make a comeback in the second match, ultimately losing the series. With this victory, the Aussies have once again secured the Chappell-Hadlee Trophy.

In the second T20I, the visitors successfully defended a modest target of 175 runs after a disappointing batting performance from the host nation. New Zealand has now suffered four consecutive T20I defeats against Australia at the Auckland venue.

The Kiwis were dismissed for 102 runs in 17 overs, with leg-spinner Adam Zampa claiming 4-34 in an outstanding four-over spell. Glenn Phillips was the lone batsman to make a significant contribution, scoring 42 runs off 35 balls, as wickets fell regularly at the other end. Their star batter Rachin Ravindra missed the match after sustaining a minor knee injury during Wednesday’s series opener in Wellington.

Earlier, After BlackCaps captain Mitchell Santner won the toss and chose to bowl first, New Zealand speedster Lockie Ferguson wreaked havoc on the Australian batters, bowling them out for 174 runs in 19.5 overs.
