For the second time in two months, South Africa won the ODI series 2-1. It all started in Australia when they beat them in their own home ground. The Proteas played some quality cricket and defended the totals really well. Overall, it was a combined effort from the entire team. Everybody played well and that resulted in a series win.
This time, the Proteas continued their dominance in the ODI cricket by beating England in their own backyard. They won the first two matches fair and square and led the series 2-0 until the hosts made a stunning comeback in the series. Since it was a 3-match series, England still lost it but the final game ended on a positive note. With this, South Africa will be looking forward to winning the T20I series as well.
