Marcus Rashford, the new in FC Barcelona player was seen having fun with Lamine Yamal and others during his first training session at the Catalan Club.

Marcus Rashford, the English forward, joined FC Barcelona on a season-long loan from Manchester United on Wednesday. The deal has an option to buy the player as well at the end of the loan.

“Barca is a place where dreams come true,” Marcus Rashford said after he landed in Barcelona. The former Manchester United forward spent the second half of the last season on loan at Aston Villa, where he netted four goals, all in the Champions League.

"I am looking forward to helping, and I want to win trophies. One of the reasons I came is that motivation and the ambition to be a better player," Rashford went on to add in his first appearance as a FC Barcelona player.

With his ‘dream’ move to FC Barcelona, Rashford has now become only the second player from England to play for the Catalan Club since the legendary Garry Lineker. Along with following one legend’s path, Rashford followed another legend’s path by wearing the No.14 jersey. The No.14 jersey is famous for Thierry Henry, who had joined Barcelona from Arsenal and went on to win his only UEFA Champions League title.

What did Marcus Rashford do in his first trainning?

On his first day at training, Rashford was seen having fun with Lamine Yamal, with whom he will have to communicate well to score more for FC Barcelona. During the training, Rashford was visible playing little group games to build his camaraderie with other players. Along with Yamal, Gavi, Pedro and Ferran Torres were seen having fun with Rashford.
