Asterix & Obelix - The Middle Kingdom

 Directed by Guillaume Canet, this family comedy is set in the year 50 BC. It narrates the story of the imprisonment of the Empress of China following a coup by Deng Tsin Qin, a traitorous prince. She is rescued by a Phoenician merchant and her loyal bodyguard, after which she turns to help from two valiant warriors— Asterix and Obelix. The film stars Guillaume Canet, Gilles Lellouche, Julie Chen Moonves, Jonathan Cohen, Marion Cotillard, Angele and Leanna Chea in prominent roles.
