Doctor Strange

Based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, Doctor Strange is an American superhero film directed by Scott Derrickson that serves as the 14th entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film follows the life of the famous neurosurgeon Stephen Strange, who loses the ability to use his hands following an accident. He approaches the mysterious Ancient One to heal himself and transforms into a great sorcerer under her tutelage. The film features Benedict Cumberbatch as the titular hero, alongside performances from Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Benedict Wong, Michael Stuhlbarg, Benjamin Bratt, Scott Adkins, Mads Mikkelsen, and Tilda Swinton in prominent roles.
