The 2004 teen comedy Mean Girls is written by Tina Fey, centers on Cady Heron, a homeschooled teen new to public high school. Befriended by outcasts Janis and Damian, Cady infiltrates the popular clique, the Plastics, led by the queen bee Regina George. Cady's mission of revenge on Regina for Janis' crush turns personal when she falls for Regina's ex, Aaron. Lindsay Lohan stars as Cady, with Rachel McAdams as Regina, Lacey Chabert as Gretchen, and Amanda Seyfried as Karen - all members of the Plastics. Lizzy Caplan and Daniel Franzese play Janis and Damian, respectively.
