Potugadu

Potugadu, laced with comedy, is directed by Pavan Wadeyar and is the remake of the Kannada film Govindaya Namaha. This Telugu movie was released in the year 2013 with the genre of drama with Manchu Manoj and Sakshi Chaudhary in the lead. While the movie has been praised as a wonderful comedy entertainer, it has also been called a waste of time. The movie tells a story about Govinda Naama Sastry and Venkata Rathnam, who tries to commit suicide after the love failure in their own lives. This love story with a cliched second half and a hint of loud comedy received a good number of mixed reviews. Due to its adult comedy, however, the movie received an ‘A’ certificate by the censor board, which also recommended a few cuts to the movie.
