A couple of months before the pandemic was about to hit us in 2020, the festive atmosphere was quite evident in theatres across Telugu states with two major stars Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu releasing their films Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Sarileru Neekevvaru for Sankranthi. Both films turned out to be successful, but the taste of victory was sweeter in the case of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, more so for its director Trivikram, composer S Thaman and the lead actor Allu Arjun, who bounced back to show their true colours with a bang.

Two years into the film's release, the lead actors, composer S Thaman and the production house Haarika and Haasine Creations shared their happiness of being associated with it.
