When Aadujeevitham actor Prithviraj met the real-life Najeeb

Interestingly, Prithviraj Sukumaran revealed that he had never met the real-life Najeeb Muhammed before joining the project or during the shooting. Instead, the leading man finally met the real person behind the gut-wrenching survival story after completing his final shot for the film. According to Prithviraj, they finally met for the first time after the senior filmmaker announced the ‘pack-up’ of the film.

A special video of real and reel Najeeb is on its way

Prithviraj Sukumaran also confirmed that a special video, featuring the real Najeeb Muhammed and himself, was shot after the team wrapped up the entire filming of the film. The Aadujeevitham team is set to release a special video of the exciting first meeting of the duo very soon. However, the actor further added that he had a long conversation with Najeeb during their first meeting, which is not a part of the upcoming video.

According to Prithviraj, he discussed various situations in Najeeb’s life with the man himself and was curious as to how he reacted in real life. The leading man added that he was extremely happy when the real Najeeb confirmed that his reactions in front of the camera in those situations were exactly like what happened in real life. For the uninitiated, the real Najeeb Muhammed was also a part of the grand Aadujeevitham audio launch event, which was held in Kochi recently.

As reported earlier, director Blessy dedicated more than a decade of his life to Aadujeevitham, which he calls his dream project. Prithviraj Sukumaran first heard the story narration for the film in 2009, when he was in his late 20s. Now, the movie is finally set to hit the big screens when the actor has stepped into his 40s. The survival drama will hit theatres on March 28, 2024, in five languages.
