Aashram 3 BTS: Bobby Deol ENJOYED his character the most as Bhagwan Nirala - watch

Bobby Deol starrer Aashram Season 3 is all set to premiere on MX Player. The crime-drama series also stars Esha Gupta in a major role. Ahead of its release, the makers have dropped a BTS video from the show that showcases the evolution of Baba Nirala in the franchise.

The latest video begins with a glimpse of the series. Bobby's Baba Nirala says, "I am free from the shackles of this world's rules, regulations and laws. I am going to create a new world. This is how my world will look. Nirala Swarg Bhoomi." 

Moving on the video showcases the actors, makers and crew members from behind the scene. Bobby shares in the montage, "I think I've really enjoyed my character this time. Even more from the last time, because here you see him changing, losing his control, losing his grip over what he is. And showing the real side of what he really wants."

"In this season, you'll see him becoming a megalomaniac. He starts believing that he has the first and last word on everything. That's the kind of characterisation that has changed and grown for Baba Nirala," adds the actor.

Talking about the show and Bobby's Baba Nirala, director Prakash Jha said in the BTS video, "It's just taking a new form, a new shape, new idea and you have to wait to see it."

Furthermore, the video sees a few more glimpses of Aashram 3. In one of the sequences, Bobby can be seen saying that he is a God. 

The Gupt actor also informed the audience that catching the proper accent for his character was difficult. He further added, "There was one word which I had to say in the end of the sentence which was 'shilanyas'. I got stuck with shil-anyas. Finally, I got."

Aashram 3, which also has Aaditi Pohankar, Darshan Kumar, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Tushar Pandey, Anupriya Goenka, Adhyayan Suman, Vikram Kochhar and Tridha Choudhury among others, is slated to stream on MX Player from June 3.
