Adivi Sesh’s Major joins hands with BookMyShow to host film previews across India

There’s been no film that has fascinated actor, writer Adivi Sesh as much as Major throughout his career. The Sandeep Unnikrishnan biopic has been his dream for long and in a couple of weeks, audiences would get to watch it across the globe in three languages - Hindi, Malayalam and Telugu. Written by Adivi Sesh and directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, Major also features Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar in key roles.

The film’s promotional activities are progressing at a brisk pace across the country. As part of the campaign, the team had a ‘Major’ surprise for audiences today. In a first-of-a-kind move, the makers of Major have now joined hands with ticket-booking platform BookMyShow to host the film’s previews across India in nine cities, starting this May 24.

Exclusive previews of the film will be held in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi, Lucknow before June 3. Carnival Cinemas, Cinepolis, AMB Cinemas, PVR are among the major multiplexes that have partnered with team Major for the same. More details about the previews are available in the BookMyShow app.

Vamsi Patchipulusu has cranked the camera for the film that has music by Sricharan Pakala. Prakash Raj, Revathi, Murli Sharma play other prominent parts in Major. The film is a joint collaboration between Sony Pictures India, Mahesh Babu’s GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies. After Major, Adivi Sesh will be seen in Hit 2, directed by Sailesh Kolanu, alongside Meenakshii Chaudhary.
