A missing girl, a determined detective and a case that seems more twisted with every passing minute - these are the intriguing elements that form the crux of Zac Harriss' upcoming thriller Adrishyam. The teaser for the same, which was dropped recently, gives a glimpse into the thrill ride in store.
The trailer shows an astute detective who is saddled with one of the most perplexing cases of his career - a case involving a missing girl. The hardened detective is driven by a personal connection to solve the case, which is easier said than done. The already tricky situation twists into something more complicated, as he realises that the people behind it are trying their best to thwart his efforts at trying to crack it. Rife with violence and layered characters whose motivations you cannot seem to figure out, the teaser signals at an edge-of-the-seat thriller that will leave you guessing at every turn.
The upcoming film stars Narain, Joju George, Anandhi, Pavithra Lakshmi, Athmiya and Sharafudheen along with Pratap Pothen, John Vijay, Munish Kant, Sinil Sainudeen, Vinodini, Anjali Rao and Bindu Sanjeev.
The upcoming film is the directorial debut of Zac Harriss and is shot simultaneously in Malayalam and Tamil with different actors.
The bilingual film is titled Yuki in Tamil, and stars Kathir, Anandi and Natarajan Subramaniam. Narain also appears in the Tamil version of the film.
Adrishyam is produced by Siju Mathew, Navis Xaviour, Rajadas Kurias, Lavan and Kusan under the banners of UN Film House and AAR Productions in association with Juvis Productions.
