The actor-producer will be presenting the upcoming film in Telugu

Rakshit Shetty’s maiden pan-India venture ‘777 Charlie’ is gearing up for a theatrical release on June 10. Along with the endearing premise and storyline, the project also boasts of noteworthy associations with the likes of Prithviraj Sukumaran and Karthik Subbaraj, who are distributing the Malayalam and Tamil versions of the film respectively. And now, taking it up a notch further, Telugu actor and producer Rana Daggubati comes on board to present ‘777 Charlie’ in Telugu.
Rana Daggubati shared recently with his Twitter followers that he had the opportunity of watching ‘777 Charlie’ and that he absolutely loved it. He would go on to announce that he would be presenting the film in Telugu through his home production house of Suresh Productions. Rakshit Shetty, the producer of ‘777 Charlie’, took to Twitter soon after to share his joy and excitement with all the fans over the new developments.
“A clear purpose unites us, as we move forward in this journey. Purely delighted to be joining hands with @RanaDaggubati and @SureshProdns for the distribution of #777Charlie in Telugu. We are set out on an extraordinary journey, more good things to follow 🤗,” wrote Rakshit Shetty in his tweet.
Suresh Productions, a major production entity of the highly regarded Ramanaidu Studios, has been in business for close to six decades with films produced and presented across multiple Indian languages. Rana Daggubati had recently turned presenter for the direct-to-OTT Telugu film 'Krishna and his Leela'.
On the other hand, team '777 Charlie' had recently announced that they have partnered with Colors Kannada and Voot for the television and digital screening rights of the film. '777 Charlie' will be releasing in five different languages including Hindi and the makers are yet to reveal their distribution partners across the Hindi belt.
Directed by Kiranraj K, '777 Charlie' stars Rakshit Shetty and Sangeetha Sringeri as the two leads with Danish Sait, Raj B. Shetty, Bobby Simha, and several others playing key roles in the film. Centered on a quirky man-animal relationship, the film is a road drama that took nearly five years to be made, having endured changes in the principal cast and several other issues.
