Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda's Saiyaara locks trailer release date | Here's when you can expect it

Ever since Yash Raj Films' Saiyaara was announced, along with the release of songs and a teaser, fans have been eagerly awaiting the movie's release in theaters, as it evokes pure Aashiqui vibes. Well, in an interview, director Mohit Suri even revealed that the film was originally Aashiqui 3. Saiyaara marks the Bollywood debut of Aneet Padda and Ahaan Panday. As the film is gearing up for release, here's when you can expect the trailer. 

Saiyaara trailer release date

The makers of Saiyaara have decided to launch the trailer on July 8. The trailer will expand the world of Saiyaara to the audience and unveil the film's main conflict. As per Pinkvilla, the entire team at YRF is confident of leaving an impression with this impressive trailer cut, which will lead to an aggressive marketing campaign for the release on July 18, 2025.

Speaking about the trailer, director Mohit Suri informed the portal that it was a tough ask. “There is no fixed pattern on how you do it. With thrillers, it is difficult to cut a trailer, but you don’t face that problem with love stories usually. Surprisingly, with Saiyaara too it was a tough ask, as all said and done, it’s a newcomers’ film, and not some larger-than-life set up. We have tried to convey the story and make the characters relatable for the audience,” said Mohit.

Reflecting on how, back in 1995, everyone wanted a Raj in their life because he was identifiable for both the girls and the guys, so putting it aside, music also makes a big difference in a love story, and our trailer has a lot of music. He feels no love story can work without music.

About Saiyaara

In an earlier conversation with the same portal, Mohit Suri mentioned that he was initially thinking about the idea of ​​making Aashiqui 3 with Bhushan Kumar and Mukesh Bhatt, which has now been announced as Saiyaara. "I thought of this idea for Aashiqui 3, which is now Saiyaara. But they were in a hurry and wanted to announce, which is something I was not comfortable with. I prefer in having a script first and then make an announcement. But to sum it up, yes, this idea was originally for Aashiqui 3,” Mohit said.

Meanwhile, Aneet Padda and Ahaan Panday's Saiyaara will hit theatres on July 18, 2025.
