Aindrila Sharma out of ventilation support, informs Sabyasachi Chowdhury

Actress Aindrila Sharma is currently out of ventilation support. Her boyfriend Sabyasachi Chowdhury, who is by her side almost 24X7, took to his social media handle to inform her fans. The actress was admitted to a hospital in Howrah on Tuesday after she suffered a brain stroke. She underwent critical surgery to remove her blood clots and then she was under ventilation support. Her fans and the Tollywood film fraternity offered prayers for her recovery and stood by Sabyasachi’s side. After six days, the actor shared some good news. 

On his Facebook, Sabyasachi wrote, “Today is the sixth day in the hospital. Aindrila is still unconscious. But she is out of ventilation. Her respiration is better than before. Her blood pressure is nearing normalcy. There is no fever. As long as her mother stays with her, she does her physiotherapy. Her father and sister talk to the doctors every day. Sourav (Das, actor) and Dibyo stay with me at the hospital every night. I chat with Aindrila thrice a day. When she recognises my voice her heart rate goes up. She tries to hold my hand. And she perspires. I used to feel scared initially but now I understand that this is one of the external stimuli to bring her back.”

Meanwhile, Sabyasachi also expressed his frustration with fake news circulating on social media regarding Aindrila’s health. He wrote, “I don't feel like writing anything on social media these days but after a series of fake news and videos with her thumbnail, I had to speak up. This effort of earning money by using her thumbnail on videos is disgusting. It impacts her parents and no one will understand their pain. I feel that it is not Aindrila’s health but the collective humanity that has deteriorated.”

Sabyasachi further added that Aindrila is putting forward a brave fight. “I feel scared to say that she is better. But she is there. And her fight is on. She lies in front of me but she is far away. I know she will come back. She hates to be alone,” the actor ended his emotional post.
