Alia Bhatt posts a black-and-white picture with Ranbir Kapoor and refers to him as her ‘home’

On Sunday, Alia Bhatt shared a beautiful selfie of herself with Ranbir Kapoor on Instagram. Ranbir could be seen kissing Alia on the nose in the black-and-white photo, which included a close-up of the stars' faces. Alia shared the image with the caption "home" on her Instagram feed. She embellished her caption with an infinity symbol. Avinash Gowariker, a well-known photographer, took their picture. On Instagram, Avinash posted the same photo along with the caption "Ranbir Alia." In his caption, he included heart emoticons.

All the many Ranbir-Alia fans immediately responded to the post with heart emojis in the comment section. "Beautiful couple," one of the followers said, and "Cuties," said another.

The couple shared the screen for the first time in Ayan Mukjerji's Brahmastra which hit theatres on September 9 and has been causing a story at the box office ever since. The film is the first of a series that will serve as the introduction to the Astraverse, a massive cinematic world: Brahmastra has already surpassed ₹300 crore in terms of global box office revenue. Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy feature in major roles in the film and Shah Rukh Khan makes a brief but important appearance.

Ranbir and Alia got married in April of this year after dating for four years. The couple made the announcement that they were expecting their first child later in June.

On the work front, Ranbir will appear in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed movie Animal. Rashmika Mandanna took Parineeti Chopra's place after she backed out of the movie, which also stars Anil Kapoor. The next movie in which Ranbir will act stars Shraddha Kapoor and is currently unnamed. Luv Ranjan will be helming the film.

Alia will be seen in the film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, with Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, and Ranveer Singh. After directing Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Karan Johar will return to the director's chair for this movie which also features Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Alia will also be seen in the Netflix spy drama Heart of Stone with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan. In the Farhan Akhtar-directed movie Jee Le Zaraa, Alia will be starring alongside Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif.
