A Hoichoi Original series, Robindronath Ekhane Kawkhono Khete Aashenni aka Rekke, is inspired by Mohammad Nazim Uddin’s novel. Revolving around a chain of grisly murders and their possible connection to a restaurant and its owner, the show is a murder thriller, directed by Srijit Mukherji, teasing a spine-chilling ride ahead.
Now, in a bid to raise hype among the audience, Hoichoi has unveiled the first song from the series, and it checks out all the boxes of being a hit. From the soothing voice of Jayati Chakraborty to a refreshing rearrangement by composer Joy Sarkar, from a new take on a Rabindra Sangeet classic to witnessing the sensational Azmeri Haque Badhon in action - the track builds upon the mysterious aura of the restaurant owner, Mushkan Zuberi.

The trailer which was released a few days back, promises a blood-curling plot, beyond our wildest imagination - a murderous tale of horror, as we try to unmask the mastermind, pulling the chords of this vicious cycle.
A stellar cast is leading the project, with Bangladeshi star Azmeri Haque Badhon as the enigmatic Mushkan Zuberi, the restaurant owner, who is hiding secrets that are reeking of blood. Rahul Bose is essaying the role of Nirupam Chanda, a journalist hell-bent on discovering the suspicious origin of Mushkan, and the sudden deaths associated with her eatery. Anirban Bhattacharya is put on the avatar of servant Ator Ali, while Anirban Chakrabarti is portraying the role of cop Tapan Sikdar and Anjan Dutt - an investigator, Khawraj Khashnobish.
