The shocking news of his demise was officially confirmed by his grieving daughter, Nayaab Udhas, on February 26. What did Anup Jalota reveal?

In a recent interview with the Indian Express, veteran musician Anup Jalota disclosed that the 72-year-old vocalist was battling with cancer. Specifically, Udhas was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, a condition Jalota had been aware of for the past five to six months. Jalota said, “People have lost Pankaj Udhas, but I have lost a very dear friend today.”
