Animal Box Office Day 1 – Ranbir Kapoor-starrer shatters Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Deol’s one of the biggest hits of 2023

Previously we have discussed how Animal could be the biggest film of Ranbir Kapoor’s career, as the advance booking collected more than Rs. 22 Crore, with over eight Lakh tickets sold within six days, before its release.

Now after its release, indeed Animal is ruling the box office. It has already collected Rs. 60 Core on its opening day, including all the five languages. The Hindi version has collected Rs. 49.50 Crore, and Rs. 10 Crore from the Telugu version. This huge collection from the Telugu viewers is suspected due to Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

Animal surpassed Pathaan and Gadar 2's first day collection

Animal's stellar opening day performance catapults it to the top of the box office charts, securing its position as the second-highest all-time opener in all languages. Interestingly, Animal has surpassed Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan first day collection, which was Rs. 57 Crore, and Sunny Deol's Gadar 2, which collected Rs. 40 Crore. But Animal couldn't surpass SRK’s Jawan, which collected Rs. 75 Crore on its opening day, and still remains the highest opener of all time.

Animal's global prediction

Now it's been predicted by Sacnilk.com, that Animal can make a major splash internationally, with a collection of a massive 100 Crore mark. This would make it Ranbir Kapoor's biggest opening till date, globally.

It's been confirmed that Animal is coming soon on Netflix in early 2024.
