Anupama Written Update 12th July: Will Anuj STOP Anupama from going to America? Deets inside

The day starts off with Kaavya and Kinjal enquiring with Anupamaa if everything is ok, to which, Anupamaa says yes. That’s when, Paakhi comes rushing inside the house and starts crying inconsolably. That’s when Anupamaa asks Paakhi the reason why was crying, even though she was so eager and desperate to tell Anupamaa the real reason for her crying, she, then, remembers Anuj’s words of not telling anything about chhoti Anu’s condition. Remembering that, she refrains from telling anything to Anupamaa about chhoti Anu. And when Anupamaa asks about chhoti Anu, Paakhi says that, she is ok and resting. Only after Anupamaa hears this, she feels relaxed and much relived.

Paakhi also promises Anupamaa that she will hereon be a good daughter, sister, sister-in-law, and essentially, a good human being. Just as when Anupamaa was about to leave the Shah House, her phone falls from her hand and suddenly, she hears chhoti Anu’s voice on the phone wherein she is asking for her mother. Seeing a shocked Anupamaa, Toshu tells her that, it isn’t the mobile call, but, an old recording of chhoti Anu’s voice with Anuj.

This is followed by the entire Shah family and Anupamaa’s family instructing her the dos and don’ts of living in America and also while flying to America by flight. While travelling by car, seeing Anupamaa being extremely worried about chhoti Anu and Anuj, Vanraj Shah tries to deviate her from her disturbing thoughts by telling her to close her eyes and concentrate totally only on her goal and target.

After her departure, Anupamaa’s mother and mother-in-law start recalling the memories associated with their daughter and daughter-in-law. Anupamaa’s mother and Baa say that, post her departure to America, life will just not be the same for both the households.

After Anupamaa, Vanraj and Toshu reach the airport, they are greeted by Guru Maa Malti Devi, who tells Anupamaa to get ready for her departure to America. But, sub consciously, Anupamaa feels that there is something amiss at the Kapadia household. Just as when she is about to call Anuj, Guru maa Maalti Devi comes and escorts her inside the airport. That’s when, as a parting gift, Vanraj gives a paper rocket to Anupamaa as a remembrance of her dreams and aspirations that she had while she was his wife.
