Anupamaa: Anuj reaches the end of his rope, loses his cool at the Shahs

Anuj gets defensive when Baa incessantly blames him for Hasmukh’s disappearance. When Anupama tries to defend her husband, Baa turns on the former as well. Baa goes so far as to say that Anupama had turned Anuj against the former as well.

Seeing Baa unnecessarily attack Anupama, Anuj loses his cool and declares that Vanraj and Baa are still the exact same as they were. He says that henceforth, he will not let the two say a word against his wife.

When Vanraj defends Baa’s words as the absolute truth, Anupama asks how he can be sure when he was not even there in the first place. Anupama questions Baa and pokes holes in her story. Anupama goes on to say that if she did not care about anyone else, as Baa claimed, the former and Anuj would not have gone out of their way to stay at the Shah house when Pari was sick, even ignoring Choti Anu.

Vanraj still refuses to listen to Anupama, while Baa doubles down on blaming Anupama and Anuj. Vanraj questions Baa on why she came to the Kapadia house in the first place, and he blames Anupama and Anuj for insulting his parents. Anuj asks the Shah to get out of his house.

Things quickly get out of hand when Vanraj starts to blame his sons as well, questioning Paritosh on why he was unable to handle his own daughter. Vanraj even blames his sons for bringing Pakhi along with them. He even blames Kinjal for leaving Pari alone, and having Anupama handle the situation.

Vanraj begrudgingly admits that Anuj is right, and that the Shahs are too dependent on Anupama for everything. Baa soon blames Samar and Dimple, and the Shahs and the Kapadias start a blame game against each other.

Anuj soon reaches his limit and declares that he will not deal with any of this anymore. He says that he will only focus on his own family from now on.
