2023 has come to an end, but the thrill has not ended yet! Several exciting films to release throughout the whole December. After the SAG-AFTRA strike ended, December is now the last and only month for producers to do promotions and events of their biggest releases of 2023 full of thrills.

This year not only created history with films like Barbie, Oppenheimer, Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse, but also made it memorable with Taylor Swift's film - The Eras Tour, being the first ever concert film to collect such a huge sum at the box office. Even Swift created history by being the first pop-star of this generation to make it this big with her global music tour, which collected $900 million till date (Billboard’s estimation). It is expected that the collection could double next year, as it will end on December 8, 2024.

However, here we have come up with six biggest films from Hollywood, which will definitely make your year-end extremely special:

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom

This is the sequel to the 2018 Aquaman, where Jason Momoa will be reprising his role. Emerging from the depths of defeat in the first part, the formidable Black Manta resurfaces, wielding the fabled Black Trident, a conduit of an ancient and malevolent power. Aquaman, the protector of the oceans, recognizes the impending threat and reluctantly joins forces with his estranged brother, Orm, the former king of Atlantis. Despite their deep-rooted sibling rivalry, they unite to safeguard their underwater kingdom and the very world from impending annihilation.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will be released in the theatres on December 22, 2023.

Migration

This animated film is created by Illumination, and distributed by Universal Pictures. Co-directed by Benjamin Renner and Guylo Homsy, Migration tells a story about a family of ducks, who are determined to break free from their mundane routine, and rallies together to persuade their overprotective patriarch to embark on an extraordinary journey. Kumail Nanjiani, Elizabeth Banks, Awkwafina, Keegan-Michael Key, David Mitchell, Carol Kane, Caspar Jennings, Tresi Gazal, and Danny DeVito have lent their voices for this animated film.

Migration will be released in the theatres on December 22, 2023.

Anyone But You

This rom-com tells a story about Bea and Ben, whose initial spark fizzled out rapidly after their enchanting first date. Yet, fate intervened when they found themselves stranded together at a destination wedding in Australia. To maintain social decorum, they reluctantly agreed to play the role of a picture-perfect couple. Anyone But You had made several headlines because Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell’s cheating on each other's partners news went viral, during the shooting of the film.

Anyone But You will be released in the theatres on December 22, 2023.

The Iron Claw

This is basically a biographical film that tells the story of the famous Von Erich brothers, who made history in the intensely competitive world of professional wrestling in the early ‘80s. Bound by blood and a shared passion for sports, the brothers embark on a relentless pursuit of sporting immortality, their journey marked by both triumph and tragedy, all under the watchful eye of their demanding father and coach. Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White, Maxwell Jacob Friedman, and Harris Dickinson played the titular roles of the Von Erich brothers.

The Iron Claw will be released in the theatres on December 22, 2023.

Ferrari

A dark cloud of financial peril hung over the company that Enzo Ferrari and his wife had painstakingly constructed a decade earlier in 1957. The once-thriving automotive enterprise teetered on the brink of collapse, its future clouded by uncertainty. Yet, amidst this dire predicament, Enzo Ferrari, the company's fiery founder, refused to succumb to despair. With a gambler's audacity, he resolved to stake everything on a single, audacious gamble: the Mille Miglia, a gruelling 1,000-mile road race that snaked its way through the very heart of Italy. This legendary event, notorious for its treacherous roads and formidable competitors, was to be the crucible in which Ferrari's fate would be forged. Adam Driver and Penélope Cruz played the titular roles of Enzo Ferrari and Laura Ferrari.

Ferrari will be released in the theatres on December 25, 2023.

Wonka

This Warner Bros. musical fantasy offers a fresh take on the origin story of Willy Wonka, the eccentric candymaker immortalised in Roald Dahl’s 1964 book and subsequent film adaptations. Timothée Chalamet steps into the iconic role in this latest iteration, directed by Paul King. Wonka is said to be the prequel of Johnny Depp's Charlie And The Chocolate Factory that was released in 2005. Recently the whole team of Wonka had a shimmering London premiere at the Royal Festival Hall on November 27, 2023.

Wonka will be released in the theatres on December 15, 2023.
