Arya wraps up shooting for Mr X | Watch him flaunt his ripped physique

Actor Arya, who was last seen in the Telugu film Saidhav, will be starring in an upcoming Tamil film titled Mr X. On Saturday, the actor took to his X handle (formerly Twitter) to announce that he had wrapped up shooting his portions for the film.

Actor Arya, who is known for his passion for cycling and physical fitness, shared a video of himself training hard for his character. With ripped muscles, he announced that he had completed shooting for M X. "It's been an exciting journey of Physical and Mental transformation in becoming #MrX Can't wait for you all to see what's coming!!!” he wrote.

Directed by Manu Anand, who previously helmed the Vishnu Vishal-starrer FIR, Mr X stars Arya and Gautham Karthik. The film is backed by the Prince Pictures banner and also stars a slew of known faces, including actors Sarath Kumar, Manju Warrier, and Anagha in vital roles. A release date is yet to be announced.

Mr X has Divyanka Anand Shankar and Raam H Puthran penning the screenplay along with Manu. Touted to be an action drama, the film will revolve around two characters with the same goal, as per reports. With Tanveer Mir serving as the cinematographer, the music for Mr X is scored by Dhibu Ninan Thomas. Prasanna GK is the editor.

Meanwhile, Arya was last seen in Tamil in Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam, a rural action drama written and directed by filmmaker M Muthaiah. The film is available for streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium.

Set in Ramanathapuram, Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam revolves around two fractions of a group who are divided by religion but united by humanity. However, with external factors causing a rift between them, it is up to the protagonist to reunite them. Siddhi Idnani, Prabhu, K Bhagyaraj, BS Avinash, Aadukalam Naren, Madhusudhan Rao, and Singampuli appear as supporting characters in Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam.
