It feels like Rohit Shetty has taken word domination so seriously that he decided to dominate an entire month in 2023 with Singham Again. Even though his film is close to release, he has been churning out announcements and first-look reveals. Yes, we know you just realised this because Instagram is literally busy keeping track of what we have seen from the third Singham movie so far, and this is not even the beginning of the party Shetty is planning for you on the big screen. Today, as he revealed Ajay Devgn’s first look, we've listed all the posters that have been released so far.

Singham Again is mounted on an even bigger scale, at least as far as the casting is concerned. It stars Ajay Devgn as the titular character, alongside Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, Akshay Kumar, and others. It is said to be a modern-day take on the mythological epic Ramayana

Now, as we are gushing over Ajay Devgn’s return to the cop universe he started, let’s revise what we have seen, and in the process, let’s rate the posters from best to lukewarm (mentioned in the same order).

Deepika Padukone As Shakti Shetty

Deepika’s first-look from Singham Again has to be hands-down the best out of the set of posters that Rohit Shetty has revealed so far. There is so much going on in the poster, but so little is revealed. In his caption, Rohit calls her brutal, violent, and ruthless but also compares her to goddesses. We are already intrigued to know what her arc is. Adding to the intrigue her Joker-like grin in the close-up poster, which is enough to give us chills.

Ranveer Singh As Simmba

This is the only other poster apart from Ajay Devgn’s that hints that the film has a modern-day Ramayana angle. With Lord Hanuman in the background, the notorious Simmba (Ranveer) can be seen posing in all his eccentric glory. We have already seen Simmba solving cases with a smile on his face and beating bad men to pulp like it’s his free time. Let’s see what he brings to the table this time.

Ajay Devgn As Bajirao Singham

Ajay Devgn is back to play his iconic cop, Bajirao Singham. His first-look poster has Lord Ram's silhouette in the background and a lion's blending into Ajay's, confirming the Ramayana connection. This poster is interesting but not as much as Ranveer and Deepika's. It will be fun to see Rohit Shetty’s humour blend with a story as revered as the epic Ramayana.

Kareena Kapoor Khan As Avni

Avni is Bajirao Singham’s strength, and their love is what shows us Singham's romantic side. Kareena Kapoor Khan returns to play Avni after Singham Returns, which makes for an intriguing poster. While there is not much going on in the background, a bruised Avni with a gun in her hands makes for an interesting poster.

Tiger Shroff As ACP Satya

It seems like the makers have no other syntax left for a Tiger Shroff poster because if you see his last three movie posters and exchange the names, not much will change. All of them either have him shirtless, with a car on fire in the background, bruised, or holding weapons. This one is no exception, which makes it lukewarm at best.

Akshay Kumar As Veer Sooryavanshi

Akshay Kumar is back to play Veer Sooryavanshi, and it seems like the makers had no idea how to create a poster for him, so they shared a throwback still from Sooryavanshi to confirm his participation in Singham Again. It is a picture of Akshay jumping from a helicopter with a gun in his hand. Kumar deserved a concept-based poster, too.

There is no date attached to Singham Again as of yet, but reports say it will be released in 2024. Stay tuned to OTTplay for more.
