As Dasara releases on Netflix, director Srikanth Odela says his film 'will be watched multiple times on OTT'

Dasara is a film that shocked one and all with the collections. The film is Nani's first-ever 100-crore project and was directed by debutante Srikanth Odela. Well, Dasara is now streaming on Netflix and has been getting a crazy response. Nani was seen in the role of Dharani and gave the best performance of his career.

Meanwhile, in one of the interviews, director Srikanth was asked about Dasara's digital streaming. Without hesitating much, Srikanth said, "The audience will love Dasara even more on OTT. In fact, they will watch the film multiple times to enjoy the high". Dasara is based in the coal mines of Singareni and Nani was seen as a coal smuggler in the film.

Dasara was a period drama and had an enchanting love story as its backdrop. Keerthy Suresh played the role of Vennela in the film and her performance was lauded big time by critics and audience alike. Deekshit Shetty played a key role in the film which also had Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko as the main villain.

On the other hand, Nani has moved to his new film in the direction of Shouryv. Touted to be a family drama, the filming is currently on in Goa and Mrunal Thakur plays the female lead. The yet untitled film is about a father and daughter story and is being made on a medium budget. On the other hand, Srikanth Odela will next direct Akhil for an action drama.
