Ashneer Grover approached for Bigg Boss 16, his STRONG objection to Salman Khan’s show is proof why he isn’t a part of it

Shark Tank India’s Ashneer Grover has revealed that he was approached for Bigg Boss 16. He, however, has strong objection to the show. It is also enough proof about why Ashneer is not on one of the most popular Indian reality TV shows.

Ashneer revealed to RedFM’s podcast that he refused the show. He promised on air that he wouldn’t go on the show.

The former shark feels that only ‘failed individuals’ go to the show. He added that successful people do not go on Salman Khan’s show.

Despite his strong objection, Ashneer is ready to bend his rules. However, he needs money for it. Ashneer’s only demand is that he be paid as much as Salman Khan is earning for hosting the show.

Ashneer actually used to follow Bigg Boss. However, he feels that with time, the show has become stale.

Meanwhile, Ashneer is the only shark who has been replaced in season 2. CarDekho CEO Amit Jain has stepped in for the second season in place of Ashneer.

Apart from Amit, the new season sees Aman Gupta, Anupam Mittal, Vineeta Singh, Namita Thapar and Peyush Bansal back in action. The sharks are geared up to accept or reject products whole-heartedly.

Not just Ashneer but another shark is also missing this season. That person is Ghazal Alagh. Whether she will join the show mid-way or not be a part of it at all, is yet to be known.
