One of the most talented actors who is also self-made is Ayushmann Khurrana. The audience adores him for both his acting and the roles he chooses to play, and he uses his movies to convey meaningful subjects.

As 2023 got underway, Ayushmann Khurrana concentrated on Dream Girl 2, his only release of the year, hoping it would capture the allure of its 2019 forerunner. He has that and more when the year draws to an end, twelve months later. With the August release, the actor achieved a Rs 100-crore hit. More significantly, he received the Time Impact Award and was listed on Time magazine's annual list of the Most Influential People in the World.

"Professionally, 2023 was very special and it gave me a lot of love and respect," Ayushmann remarks. He adds that it was quite humble to get another award for his cinematic choices from the esteemed TIME Magazine. "I proudly represented India and Indian cinema globally at an event that the entire world watched. For me, that’s a massive personal milestone,” he added.

Ayushmann said that the fact that our culture and film are becoming more and more prevalent over the globe made him very happy. It's incredible that Time has recognized him twice in three years, he exclaims, adding that the honor indicates he is progressing as an artist. “I’m happy they think my work is contributing towards societal change.” The actor's repute for making socially conscious films has also been acknowledged by UNICEF, which named him India's National Ambassador in February.

As actors, we live and die every Friday, and I’m glad that I could rejoice the Friday of Dream Girl 2’s release.”
