Balakrishna graces sets of Allari Naresh's Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam

Balakrishna, who tested positive for COVID-19 a few days ago has recovered fully and is back in action, shooting for #NBK107, his next with director Gopichandh Malineni in Hyderabad. The film's shoot is currently going on in the outskirts of the city, where they've erected a huge set. To his surprise, he found that the team of Allari Naresh's Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam was shooting at a location quite close to his visit and spoke to them briefly.

The team of Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam (directed by AR Mohan) shared a few pictures of Balakrishna interacting with the cast and crew of the former today. In the images released by the makers, Balakrishna appears to be having a gala time pulling the leg of comedian Praveen and talking to Allari Naresh. Other familiar faces in the images were actor Shri Tej. In the backdrop, one could spot the set of a traditional rural house.

In out-and-out white clothing, Balakrishna looked regal in an avatar that reminded us of his look in Legend. #NBK107 has him pairing alongside Shruti Haasan for the first time in his career while Kannada star Duniya Vijay is cast as the antagonist. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar too plays a crucial role. The film is produced by Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni under Mythri Movie Makers. S Thaman scores the music. The untitled film is slated for a Dasara release.

Meanwhile, Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam's shoot is also progressing at a brisk pace and the film's teaser was launched commemorating Allari Naresh's birthday. Anandhi plays the female lead in the rural drama that shares thematic similarities with Rajkummar Rao's Newton. The film's release date hasn't been announced yet. Allari Naresh after the shoot of Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam will work on an action thriller with Naandhi filmmaker Vijay Kanakamedala.
