Fans of Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi now have an exciting update to cheer about, with the makers of his upcoming action flick, Bholaa Shankar, releasing a new poster on Maha Shivaratri on Tuesday.

The motion poster, which was released by the actor through his social media pages, features Chiranjeevi resting on a jeep, swinging what looks to be a Trishul pendant in his hands. Sporting sunglasses, the actor looks dapper and full of swag.

The background music used in the motion poster also lends a stylish flair to the actor and the poster. It slowly builds up to the big reveal before the beats are turned up a notch.

Directed by Meher Ramesh, Bholaa Shankar is the official Telugu remake of the hit Tamil movie Vedhalam starring Ajith Kumar. Directed by Siva, Vedhalam received mixed reviews following its release but did well in the box office.

The story follows a loving brother and sister who move into a new city, to start a new life, until some secrets start to unravel. Produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara in collaboration with Creative Commercials, the action-thriller drama also stars Keerthy Suresh, who plays Chiranjeevi’s on-screen sister.

Apart from Chiranjeevi and Suresh, the movie also features Raghu Babu, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Ravi Shankar, Vennela Kishore, Tulasi, Pragathi, Sri Mukhi, Bithiri Sathi, Satya, Getup Srinu, Rashmi Gautam, Uttej and Prabhas Seenu in important roles.

Chiranjeevi, who was last seen in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, is showing no signs of slowing down. The megastar is also working on Godfather, the remake of Malayalam movie Lucifer and Acharya, co-starring son Ram Charan.
