Fans of Chiranjeevi, who are elated after the huge success of the Megastar's Waltair Veerayya, are now waiting for Bholaa Shankar which has Meher Ramesh at the helm. The film, which is the official remake of Ajith-starrer Vedalam, is hitting screens on August 11.
Tamannaah plays the female lead in the project which has Keerthy Suresh and Sushanth playing pivotal characters in it. There were reports of a song sequence being filmed in Switzerland recently. The team is currently busy with the last leg of shooting. Now, the makers have come up with an update, leaving fans excited.
They have unveiled a poster which has Chiranjeevi gearing up for a full-fledged dance sequence. Dressed in a green checkered shirt and black jeans, the Megastar has his hands in his pockets. The poster which mentions 'Bholaa Mania Starts Soon', however, does not reveal his face.
The announcement hints at the release of its first single composed by Mahati Swara Sagar. Going by the background details of the poster, it is likely to be a colourful intro song which is expected to feature several dancers shaking their legs along with the star.
The team is looking at wrapping up the entire shooting towards the end of June. Bankrolled by Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments, Bholaa Shankar has cinematography by Dudley. Ramajogaiah Sastry has penned lyrics for songs and Sekhar has choreographed dance moves.
Marthand K Venkatesh and Thirupathi Mamidala have handled editing and dialogues respectively for the project which is the third remake of Chiranjeevi after his much-celebrated comeback in 2017. Raghu Babu, Murali Sharma, Ravi Shankar and Vennela Kishore among others will be seen essaying notable roles in the movie.
